Description:
The Wind Ensemble is the University's premiere concert band. With an emphasis on 20th century American compositions, the Wind Ensemble's repertoire reflects the most recent technical and textural innovations, as well as the rich tradition of wind and percussion music extending back to the Renaissance. The ensemble is actively involved in commissioning new pieces, and composers are regularly in residence to work with the band.
Tickets: General admission $5, student/senior $3, available at the door approx. one hour before the performance.
