About this event
In a musical scenery of wide canyons under the windy sky comes the story of Standing Bear. The story is told in a cantata written in remembrance of the legacy of Chief Standing Bear of the Ponca Tribe. Written by Chickasaw composer, Jerod Impichchaachaaha Tate, the cantata will be staged with visuals by the Ponca-Lakota artist Sarah Rowe and directed by Jill Anderson.
