Soleil Ho, food critic for the San Francisco Chronicle, and Ijeoma Oluo, author of "So You Want to Talk About Race," will engage in a conversation about food and social structures that uses as its starting point the exhibition "Table Manners: Art and Food." The free event is February 19 at 6 p.m. in Sheldon’s Ethel S. Abbott Auditorium. Additionally, it will be live-streamed at go.unl.edu/diverse-menu. Casey Kelly, associate professor of communications studies at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and author of Food Television and Otherness in an Age of Globalization, will moderate the discussion.
