The Chiara String Quartet will perform in concert as part of the Hixson-Lied Concert Series. Members includes Rebecca Fischer and Hyeyung Julie Yoon, violins; Jonah Sirota, viola; and Gregory Beaver, cello. Information about the quintet can be found on the web at chiaraquartet.net
Repertoire for this concert includes: Joseph Haydn String Quartet in C Major, Op 20 No. 2, Dan Welcher, The Wind Won’t Listen, for bassoon and string quartet (with Jeffrey McCray, bassoon), and Antonin Dvorak Piano Quintet in A Major, Op 81 (with Mark Clinton, piano)
