The University Chamber Singers will perform as part of the Sheldon Museum of Art's First Friday festivities on December 6th from 5-7pm in the Great Hall. Once again they will fill the Hall with songs and carols throughout the evening, as well as giving a more formal concert at 530pm. This will be their second concert of the 2013-2014 Sheldon Museum of Art series as artists-in-residence, and their eighth performance at this annual event. The theme of the concert will be "HODIE!" - Celebrate this day! And will highlight this theme of joy and celebration with songs and carols including works by Bach, Sweelinck, Poulenc, and Chilcott; as well as some modern carols arrangements of Carols of The Bells, Go Tell It On The Mountain, In dulce jubilo, the Huron Carol, and others. Please join us in this celebration of the season and the day! HODIE!
