A guided outdoor excursion by USDA Forest Service Grasslands Rangers Alex Miller and Dennis Kuhnel. Come walk where Buffalo Bill Cody and the U.S. Cavalry skirmished with Yellow Hair and other Cheyenne warriors following Custer's defeat at the Battle of Little Bighorn. Learn about how the archaeological landscape can contribute to this story. This event is free and open to the public. This event is sponsored by the Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands.
