World Cup trophy returns to Brazil ahead of tournament

The World Cup trophy was officially presented in Rio de Janeiro Tuesday, returning to Brazil after a voyage across 89 countries in the lead up to the 2014 World Cup. The trophy will now embark on a tour across Brazil.

The 2014 World Cup, FIFA’s international soccer tournament which sees Brazil as the host country, begins on June 12.
