St. Mary’s vs. Nebraska Volleyball Opens 2013 Coverage on NET Television

LINCOLN, Neb. (Aug. 20, 2013) – NET Sports coverage of Nebraska Volleyball opens Thursday, Sept. 12, with the St. Mary’s College Gaels facing the Nebraska Huskers at 7 p.m. live from the newly renovated Bob Devaney Sports Center.

The Nebraska Athletic Department and NET Sports announced Aug. 20 that five regular-season Husker volleyball matches will air on the network during the 2013 season.

NET will also broadcast the Huskers’ match with Dayton on Friday, Sept. 13, at 7 p.m., and Nebraska’s meeting with Iowa State on Saturday, Sept. 14, at 7 p.m.

The two conference matches carried by NET will be the Huskers’ match with Indiana on Friday, Oct. 18, at 7 p.m. and Nebraska’s match with Purdue on Saturday, Oct 19, at 7 p.m.

All Huskers matches shown on NET will be carried on NET1 and also will be streamed on BTN.com. The NET Sports broadcast team of Larry Punteney and Kathi Wieskamp again team up to bring fans all of the action.

Nov. 16 and Nov. 30 are BTN wildcard dates and will be announced at a later date.
