Access to Doctors Shrinks for Some Medicare Patients

Even though Congress passes a so-called "doc fix" every year averting cuts to physician fees, the threats of lower reimbursements have left some doctors worried and unwilling to take on more Medicare patients. Ray Suarez reports on why it's getting harder and harder to find a doctor who will treat patients on Medicare.
