NCAA Volleyball Tournament Begins Dec. 6 on NET

LINCOLN, Neb. (Dec. 4, 2019) – NET will broadcast coverage of Nebraska’s first-round match in the NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Championship on Friday, Dec. 6, live from the Bob Devaney Sports Center in Lincoln.

Coming off nine wins in their last 10 games, the sixth-ranked Huskers open tournament play against Indiana’s Ball State Cardinals at 7 p.m. CT, on Friday, Dec.6 on NET, Nebraska’s PBS & NPR Stations. This is Ball State’s first NCAA tournament appearance since 2011.

If Nebraska wins Friday, the Huskers will meet either Northern Iowa or Missouri for second-round action at 7 p.m. CT, on Saturday, Dec. 7 on NET.

Calling the live action will be Larry Punteney alongside analyst and former Husker standout Kathi Wieskamp.
