Minnesota, Illinois Husker Volleyball Matches on NET

LINCOLN, Neb. (Sept. 21, 2018) – NET, Nebraska’s PBS & NPR Stations, will air two nights of Big 10 volleyball in October.

“Minnesota vs. Nebraska Volleyball” airs Saturday, Oct. 6. The Minnesota Gophers match against the defending national champion Nebraska Huskers begins at 7 p.m. CT, live from the Bob Devaney Sports Center in Lincoln. Nebraska leads the series 34-7.

Larry Punteney will call the live action alongside analyst & former Husker volleyball player, Kathi Wieskamp.

The Illinois Fighting Illini travel to Lincoln for a second night of volleyball Saturday, Oct. 27. NET Sports begins coverage of “Illinois vs. Nebraska Volleyball” at 7 p.m. CT, live from the Bob Devaney Sports Center. Punteney and Wieskamp will again call the action. The Huskers lead the series with Illinois 24-7-1.

“Minnesota vs. Nebraska Volleyball” and “Illinois vs. Nebraska Volleyball” are productions of NET Sports.
