| NET Foundation for Television and NET Foundation for Radio, independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Board directors represent statewide member interests and concerns in the development of NET Television and NET Radio programming. |

The Trustees Council supports excellence in programming on NET Television and NET Radio. The Council is a select group of advisers and board alumni who assist NET Foundation for Television and NET Foundation for Radio with long-term issues including fundraising, board member recruitment and mentoring, advocacy, and public awareness of NET’s mission and programming in their communities. |
