Nebraska Stories: Inside the Cornhusker Marching Band, Episode 204, Segment 1

Go inside the world of the Husker Marching Band with Ethan Parks, a Tuba player in the UNL Marching Band in this Nebraska Story. The band goes through a rigorous agenda every week from memorization of music (which they have to learn by mid-week) to early rehearsals and Friday Night Pep Band engagements at two Lincoln area restaurants. On gameday, rehearsal is dependent upon gametime and so the band usually practices for two hours before gametime going through their whole routine playing outside Kimball Hall on the UNL campus. They attract swarms of people to these practices.
