Program 102 examines the offerings from three authors. First is “Why Won’t You Talk To Me?”…. A series of short stories about love misspoken by Richard Duggin, faculty member of the University of Nebraska Omaha’s Writer’s Workshop.
Then we’ll hear about “Bound to Have Blood: Frontier Newspapers and the Plains Indian Wars”, by UNO School of Communication Professor Hugh Reilly. His book details the good and bad side of press coverage during this unique time ….
Next we’ll explore “Evolution of Political Parties, Campaigns and Elections” by UNO Political Science Professor Randy Adkins. His book is a great starting point for studying political parties and elections.
