This week, Nancy Finken and Bill Stephan preview of a couple of things at the Lied Center for Performing Arts in Lincoln. “Hello, Broadway” is a cabaret on September 11th which will showcase local talent beside a few big Broadway stars. Stan Brown will be sings “Cross That River” from the musical “Cross That River.” Also, Susan Werner talks about her concert on Sept. 6th. Werner also sings "Back to the Land." Dulces Voces (Curt Butler, Holly Heffelbower, Jane Mehrens, Jennifer Stevens, and Laura Waldman) talk about their “20 Years of Sweet Voices” concert on Sept. 7th @ Holy Trinity Church in Lincoln. Also, they’ll sing a couple of songs, “Ave Maria” and “Tres Morillas." The 5 Browns are at the Midwest Theater in Scottsbluff on Thurs. Sept. 12th. Billy Estes tells us all about these piano playing siblings. Lincoln Community Playhouse has a production of “Spamalot.” Morrie Enders talks about this fun musical. A statewide arts calendar. Chadron State College's Una Taylor and Sid Shuler tell us what's happening musically at the college this fall. Also, Layne Pierce, Pat Leach, and Scott Clark talk about the winning book for “One Book, One Lincoln,” and it’s “The Unlikely Pilgrimmage of Harold Fry” by Rachel Joyce. And, we'll get an Omaha Symphony season preview by KVNO’s Ben Rasmussen.
