Program follows the public art process of selection and development of the eight murals for the Memorial Chamber of the Nebraska State Capitol. With their installation on November 11, 1996 the capitol building was officially completed. Guests: Stephen Roberts, Omaha artist; Sidney Goodman, Philadelphia artist; Jerome Witkin, Buffalo, NY artist.
