Nebraska Stories: The Best of Nebraska Stories (Pledge Special), Episode 507

This extended length episode features seven stories from across the state. From Morse Bluff, we meet the "Kolache Queen" whose Czech treats have delighted people across the globe and Lincoln's "Johnny Salsa" as he delivers his homemade salsa by bike. In Omaha, we show the surprising thing that happens when a piano appears unexpectedly in city parks and we follow the year-long process from clay to bronze as an Omaha sculptor immortalizes baseball legend Bob Gibson. Finally, we visit a hotel in Crofton "haunted" by memories of the past and we head west to the unique landscape of the Wildcat Hills.
