John describes himself as "one of the three vegetarians living in Nebraska." He's kidding about the numbers, but this is also why he enthusiastically recommends Irv's Deli & More as "the closest thing to a real deli that I've found in Nebraska."
     John says it has always had good food, but that it used to be housed under a viaduct and didn't really look very appetizing. Now Irv has moved more upscale and kept the quality of the food.
