The Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts is proud to present our 14th Annual Art Auction and Exhibitions, a celebration of contemporary art and our largest annual fundraiser.
Built for and by artists, the Bemis Center's international artist-in-residence program has supported over 600 artists since 1981. The auction directly benefits all of the Bemis Center’s programs and projects. Over 250 artists from throughout the world are participating in this cyclical fundraising event, through which artists support artists.

Exhibition celebrates the 300th anniversary of Henry Melchoir Muhlenberg, the father of North American Lutheranism, in the only appearance in this region. A traveling exhibition celebrating the life and work of Henry Melchior Muhlenberg, the patriarch of North American Lutheranism, will make its only stop in the area at Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church from Sept. 24-Oct. 14, 2012.
