Nebraska Concerts in November

In November, there's five Sundays, but there's music from more than five concerts!

11/02 - Omaha Symphony.

11/09 - The UNL Big Band and the UNL Jazz Orchestra.

11/16 - The Nebraska Brass, and harpist Julie Smith Phillips.

11/23 - The Mendelssohn String Quartet, from another 1989 performance from the Lincoln Friends of Chamber Music series.  The organization is now called the Sheldon Friends of Chamber Music, and is celebrating its 50th Anniversary.  Also, music from pianist Lambis Vassiliadis.

11/30 - Omaha Symphony.

This weekly program airs Sundays at 1 p.m. Central on all stations of the NET Radio network.  It is produced and edited by Dave Hughes, Michael Keelan is scriptwriter and host, and most of the concerts are recorded by James Duchesneau and Jeff Smith.  UNL Glenn Korff School of Music recordings are provided by Jeffrey O'Brien.  Nebraska Brass and Nebraska Jazz Orchestra recordings are provided by Arts Incorporated.  And, Omaha Symphony concerts are recorded by Clete Baker of Studio B for Classical 90.7 KVNO.
