What's next for Nebraska's schools? How does education reform relate to districts statewide? How can we continue to provide the technology and other resources needed in the classroom, and how will that affect taxpayer spending?

In this new program in our series, The State of Education in Nebraska, our expert panel will discuss hotly debated topics, such as charter schools, the school voucher system, length of school days, standardized testing, and teacher merit pay and accountability.  The panel will also evaluate the success and/or failure of No Child Left Behind as it relates to the concerns surrounding the educational achievement gap throughout our state.
