State drops another foster care organization

Nebraska's efforts to privatize the state's child welfare system have been dealt another blow. Three out of five private agencies have now dropped their contracts with the state to provide foster care for state wards. Thursday's announcement regarding the third agency leaves Nebraska's foster children, once again, in limbo.
