A new office has been set up to investigate election fraud in Nebraska. Nebraska's top election official has established an election fraud unit to investigate any complaints of suspected illegal activity surrounding the upcoming election. Secretary of State John Gale says his office has investigated complaints in the past and forwarded them to law enforcement officials when necessary. Gale says he is now creating a more formal process for dealing with complaints. He's offering a toll-free number where callers can report potential election fraud. All complaints will be handled confidentially. The last day to register in person for the November 4th election is Friday, the 24th of October.

People can call (888) 727-0007 or (402) 471-2555 to report any complaints.
