Nebraska Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) officials are watching the weather with concern about more flooding in the Elkhorn River valley. They also have sent 400,000 empty sandbags to western Nebraska in case the swollen Platte River causes problems. Here is an audio clip with NEMA's Al Berndt from a Friday afternoon press conference.
