Nebraska joins the Big Ten

The Big Ten Conference Commissioner James Delany confirmed that the Big Ten Conference Council of Presidents and Chancellors voted to approve the application from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for Big Ten membership. That means that this will be the last sports season that UNL is in the Big 12. The academic collaboration could begin sooner. Earlier today the University of Regents heard from UNL's Chancellor and Athletic Director who outlined their reasons for wanting to apply for the Big Ten Conference. Clay Masters reports.
