Berkshire Hathaway shareholders gather in Omaha this weekend for their annual meeting. In Washington D.C., Berkshire has been part of a lobbying effort to influence lawmakers proposing changes to the rules on financial derivatives. Grant Gerlock talks with Joe Weber about what's at stake on derivatives and how Berkshire is working through the downturn. Weber is a journalism professor at the University of Nebraska Lincoln, and the former Chicago Bureau Chief for Business Week.
