NU President Carter Hints at Big Ten Football Announcement on Open Mic

No announcement yet from the Big Ten on a potential fall season, but one could come soon if you listen to University of Nebraska President Ted Carter. At an unrelated media event Tuesday in Lincoln, Carter was overheard telling another person next to an open microphone that the Big Ten would make an announcement on football later in the day. The Big Ten postponed the fall season because of coronavirus concerns last month. University of Nebraska-Lincoln Chancellor Ronnie Green was one of three votes not to postpone the season and Carter has said UNL supports a fall season for the Huskers.
